Meet Amy ✨From the very early days at our Central studio, Amy walked through the doors and instantly found her place and her people. She’s the life of the party at any Pilates Haus social event and has built a strong friendship group with other members — you’ll often find them chatting away long after class has finished 💬💙
✨ What first brought you to Pilates Haus?“I was doing clinical Pilates through my physio and loved it, but it was pricey. When I saw Pilates Haus being built in Fairy Meadow, it felt like a sign. I joined in those early weeks and was instantly hooked — I found my place and my people.”
✨ How has Pilates Haus impacted your life?“Immensely. I didn’t realise just how happy Pilates Haus made me until injuries (not Pilates-related!) forced me to take breaks. I missed everything about it.”
✨ Favourite Pilates Haus memory?“So many — the laughs, the communal grunts after tough flows, and the first retreat. Even though I broke my ankle before the first class, I still have such fond memories of that weekend.”
✨ What keeps you coming back?“The people — both members and staff. The inclusivity, and the constant drive and innovation from Rayna and the PH crew that keeps classes fun and challenging.”
✨ Advice for anyone thinking of starting?“Come. Walk through the doors, grab a reformer, and go for it. You’ll never know if you don’t try… and you know you want to!”
