Meet Rennah ✨


Rennah has been one of my dear friends for over 15 years — and without question, one of the most consistent, committed members in Pilates Haus history.


With 1500+ classes under her belt (the most of anyone in the studio 💪), she shows up daily — no matter what’s going on in life, the weather, work, or anything else. She just comes. Every single day. That level of consistency is rare — and so inspiring.


What first brought you to Pilates Haus?

“I first started Pilates because Rayna told me to… lol. From gymnastics, rep touch football, boxing, CrossFit and yoga, I’ve done it all — and I have the old injuries that come with high-impact sport. Rayna opened Pilates Haus at a time in my life where a lot needed to change, and it was exactly what I needed.”


How has Pilates impacted your life?

“Pilates is a huge part of my life — an hour at the start of at least six days a week where I completely disconnect and focus on myself. It’s strength, endurance, cardio, and mind-body connection all in one.”


Favourite Pilates Haus memory?

“The 80’s reformer class at North with Ilana. I’m waiting for the 90’s! Nothing beats a good playlist and singing in class.”


What keeps you coming back?

“The amazing people. Such a great community of like-minded humans — many now lifelong friends. It’s not unusual for a few of us to still be chatting when the next class comes out.”


What does Move Strong. Feel Strong. mean to you?“Move strong — mind and body connection on and off the reformer.Feel strong — a positive mindset that makes things achievable.”
