  • Anatomy & Physiology with physiotherapist Kye Simpson

  • Foundational Reformer techniques, plus progressions & regressions

  • Effective class programming focused on strength & muscle hypertrophy

  • Spring load education and how to create meaningful resistance training

  • Hands-on teaching practice and real class experience

  • The business of Pilates and tools to thrive in a studio environment

Structure:

  • 7 Face-to-Face Training Days

  • 4 Weekends across October & November 2025

    • 25th and 26th Oct​

    • 8th and 9th November

    • 15th and 16th November

    • 18th and 19th Oct 

  • Includes a mix of theory, practical teaching, and movement labs

  • Practice teaching hours available at Pilates Haus (optional add-on)
