PILATES HAUS NORTH STUDIO

Located in the heart of Woonona, Pilates Haus North is our luxurious northern suburbs studio, thoughtfully designed to feel more like a wellness retreat than a traditional Pilates space.

Step behind the flowing floor-to-ceiling curtains and discover a bright, calming studio featuring curved white walls, beautiful finishes, premium white Align Pilates reformers, and a state of the art Sunlighten infrared sauna.

Our strength-based reformer classes combine spring resistance with an extensive range of dumbbells, allowing you to progressively increase your weights, build muscle, and become stronger and more confident in your body.

Every detail has been carefully considered to create a space where you can move, build strength, and take time for yourself.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the difference. Take a breath, leave the outside world behind and enjoy your class in one of the Illawarra’s most beautiful Pilates studios.

Free street parking available.
