This will give others a chance to get to the class. You will receive an automatic notification via push notification (GoTeamUp APP required) or email if you are moved from the waitlist to the class. The 3-hour cancellation policy will still be enforced for clients that are moved from the waitlist into the class.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life gets busy, and we are happy for you to change your booking ahead of the scheduled day. If you are a no show or cancel your session late, we are not always able to fill these places.

least 3 hours before your booked session. This is so that our instructors can adapt accordingly.
Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee being incurred. Clients who fail to attend or cancel within 3 hours of the scheduled class time will be charged the full cost of a single session, forfeit a class credit, or for memberships, incur a
cancellation fee. All Upfront Membership clients will lose 1 day from your 6/12 month membership for non-attendance or cancelling within 3 hours of the scheduled class. This applies to all Pilates Haus clients.

Clients on a pre-paid Membership who cancel late will incur a $15 " Late Cancellation Fee". About Pilates & Yoga

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a system of mind-body conditioning that was created by German, Joseph Hubert Pilates in the early 20th century. Joseph Pilates created exercises which are performed using either a floor mat or a variety of specialised equipment, including the reformer. Pilates will teach you body awareness and healthy posture whilst enhancing physical strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Aside from the physical benefits it can reduce stress, improve mental focus and boost your sense of well-being. Pilates offers a solution for everybody - from those with restricted mobility through to elite athletes. No matter what your age or fitness level, Pilates can help you.

Is Pilates and Yoga suitable for everyone?

Yes, Pilates and Yoga is suitable for everybody. At Pilates Haus, we offer small group classes, max of 10 people. Excersies can be modifed to suit your individual needs.

We believe it is never too late to invest in yourself and welcome beginners of all ages.

We offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions if you feel you would like a more personlised experience. If you’d like to discuss whether Pilates and Yoga is suitable for you please call us on 0434 154 777 or email

Is Pilates and Yoga safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Pilates and Yoga can be a very safe way to prepare your body for, and during pregnancy. Provided you have been practicing regularly you can most likely continue to attend Open Reformer, Stretch + Strength Reformer and Yoga throughout your entire pregnancy. We may ask you to obtain medical clearance. We recommend consulting with your health care professional first and always let your instructor know at the start of your class so they can provide safe modifications as needed.
Our group Classes are not suitable for new prenatal clients with no Pilates or Yoga experience. We recommend Private sessions or small group 1:2 Pilates if you are pregnant and new to Pilates Haus. Dynamic Reformer is not suitable for pregnancy.

How can Pilates help me?

As the inventor of Pilates, Joseph Pilates, famously said “You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 session, and have a completely new body in 30 sessions”.

Pilates is a high intensity, low impact workout focussing on strengthening and muscle conditioning in a safe and effective way.

Pilates has many benefits from helping people who suffer from poor posture, back pain, weak pelvic floor and tight muscles to really toning and sculpting the body and results are visible in a short amount of time.

We recommend 3 classes a week to see and feel the results.

Can men do Pilates?

ABSOLUTLEY! Did you know the Pilates Reformer machine was designed by a bloke ?! YES Joseph Pilates.. Pilates has a certain stigma that it's "only for women" BUT pilates reformer has so many benefits both both sexes. Males in particular can benefit from balancing out the muscle groups and is a perfect addition to compliment your current training. Men traditionally can suffer from tight muscles and a weaker core, pilates reformer can help by lengthening and strengthening muscles you didn't even know you had while stretching and improving overall flexibility - and you use your abdominals in nearly every exercise, so goodbye to that niggly back pain and hunchy shoulders - pilates is GREAT for your posture. We will focus more on upper body and may use heavier weights during this class, however WOMEN are welcome to book in as well! I know I love a good upper body workout. Come with your partner (date night!?) have a wine afterwards :)

I'm a Pilates Haus member. Can I put my membership on hold?

Of course! Membership holders can pause their membership for no less than 7 consecutive days, max of 4 times a year. Requests are to be made in writing a least 7 days in advance to For anyone with an UPFRONT membership, the time you had off is added to the end of your membership.
