Centrally located close to 3 major supermarkets with great parking, our Central sanctuary will have you feeling instantly relaxed as soon as you enter. With its calm, beachy, crisp interiors, clean scent and homely touches, you'll forget about the hustle and bustle of the outside world, which will allow you to focus on YOU, your breath and your body.

Pilates Haus South
Opened on February 1st, 2022, the South studio is our beachside oasis.
A huge studio offering 2 levels - enjoy YOGA in our large upstairs space looking out over the village with the smell of the salt and the ocean putting you into a state of utter calm and relaxation.

Our downstairs Pilates REFORMER studio has been designed by local interior designer Lisa Perry and showcases local and sustainable pieces. With a clean, crisp finish, soft lighting and large gorgeous arch mirrors, our South studio will become your new obsession.

Pilates Haus North
Pilates Haus North is our LUXE new studio opening February 13th 2023.
Located in Woonona, you could mistake our newest studio for a luxury day spa. Step behind the floating floor-to-ceiling curtains to discover a bright and airy space, with curved white walls, quality furnishing, brand-new white align reformers and a state-of-the-art Sunlighten infrared sauna.
No expense has been spared in designing our northern suburbs offering, designed by local interior designer Lisa Perry and built by Chris @Stelladesigns.
You will instantly relax once you enter our sanctuary. Take a deep breath, immerse yourself in the calm and take time out for yourself in this luxurious space.
