Step behind the flowing floor to ceiling curtains and discover a bright, calming studio featuring curved white walls, beautiful finishes, premium white Align Pilates reformers and a state of the art Sunlighten infrared sauna.

Our strength based reformer classes combine spring resistance with an extensive range of dumbbells, allowing you to progressively increase your weights, build muscle and become stronger and more confident in your body.
